Subject: [PATCH] CSPACE-4457,CSPACE-4472: Reviewed and updated authRefs and
 termRefs for Loan Out records, in prototype tenant bindings. Also, a
 correction to the previous commit comment on these issues: r5708 committed
 similar changes for Media records, not for Movement records.
