Subject: [PATCH] CSPACE-1286: Adding additional directories in the loanin
 module, which were inadvertently omitted in previous commits.  These
 directories are mostly or entirely empty, save for SVN-related and/or
 IDE-related files (which are not being committed in this check-in), but
 nonetheless match the standard Maven project directory hierarchy in other
 modules.
