Subject: [PATCH] CSPACE-4687: Authority term references in the Measured By
 field, within the nested Measured Part / Dimensions structure in Cataloging /
 CollectionObject and Media records, are now returned by services calls to
 return authorityrefs.  These terms aren't (yet) showing up in the termsused
 array sent from app to UI; this might require additional investigation.
